Dr. Singha is board-certified in Vascular & Interventional Radiology. He is the founder of Texas Innovative Vascular Care (TIVC), serving patients in North Dallas and Flower Mound, Texas.
Dr. Singha earned his medical degree from Rush University Medical College in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to pursuing medicine, he completed his undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering at the highly regarded Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
Following medical school, Dr. Singha completed advanced fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Rhode Island Hospital, the principal teaching hospital of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. His specialized training allows him to provide minimally invasive, image-guided treatments for a wide range of ailments without a scalpel or performing open surgery. His background in engineering gives him a unique perspective in seeking solutions to complex problems and efficiently treating them.
Dr. Singha’s expertise extends beyond his impressive credentials. He is deeply dedicated to providing compassionate care to his patients. His focus areas include limb salvage procedures for Peripheral Arterial Disease, Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI), hemodialysis access creation and maintenance interventions, uterine fibroid embolization (UFE), prostate artery embolization (PAE) for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE) for treating knee osteoarthritis, Plantar Fasciitis Embolization (PFE) for treatment of intractable Plantar Fasciitis, Thyroid Artery Embolization and/or Ablation (TAE/A) for treatment of benign thyroid nodules, Chemoembolization for treatment of tumors in the liver, kidney, Port Placement for chemotherapy administration, Image Guided Tissue Biopsy, and spinal/peripheral stimulation as well as other pain management interventions with nerve blocks/ablation. While patient care is Dr. Singha’s primary passion, he also enjoys playing golf, traveling the world, and spending time with his family.
